Nick Doney Sr. is a storyteller whose imagination operates at the intersection of history, science, and myth. A lifelong student of theoretical physics, mythology, and the narrative traditions of classic adventure fiction, he brings to his writing an obsessive attention to the architecture of both worlds and sentences, constructing stories whose structural precision serves the wildness of the tales they contain. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his family, where the grey skies and the old forests provide the kind of atmosphere that is conducive to writing about ancient artifacts, dimensional anomalies, and the stubborn persistence of love in the face of impossible odds.
He has written 10 novels, and has many more novels and series' planned to continue developing, including continuing the Age of Gods series, and Nova Roma with 12 Episodes planned in total.
